{"id":46214,"date":"2019-05-10T20:00:22","date_gmt":"2019-05-11T02:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=46214"},"modified":"2019-05-10T20:35:44","modified_gmt":"2019-05-11T02:35:44","slug":"aprueban-sancion-a-empresa-hotelera-por-arboles-talados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=46214","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban sancion a empresa hotelera por \u00e1rboles talados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">La Paz, Baja California Sur<\/span><span lang=\"ES-MX\">.- En total congruencia a la agenda ambiental que ha establecido la administraci\u00f3n municipal de La Paz y el respeto absoluto a los recursos naturales, el Presidente Municipal Rub\u00e9n Mu\u00f1oz \u00c1lvarez refrend\u00f3 la determinaci\u00f3n de sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de <\/span><span lang=\"ES-MX\">$390,184.00, as\u00ed como, la reposici\u00f3n de los \u00e1rboles<\/span><span lang=\"ES-MX\">talados, a la empresa hotelera <\/span><span lang=\"ES-MX\">The Marine Waterfront Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">\u201cCon ello vamos a sentar un precedente para que en materia ambiental exista un respeto absoluto, y no vuelva a talarse \u00e1rbol alguno, si no existe un pre dictamen que obligue a la necesidad de realizarlo\u2026\u201d, coment\u00f3 tajante el Primer Edil pace\u00f1o al referirse al caso de la tala indebida de 33 \u00e1rboles que realiz\u00f3 la empresa hotelera en menci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-46218 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/tala-de-arboles-hotel2-755x424.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"755\" height=\"424\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/tala-de-arboles-hotel2-755x424.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/tala-de-arboles-hotel2-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/tala-de-arboles-hotel2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/tala-de-arboles-hotel2-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/tala-de-arboles-hotel2-600x337.jpg 600w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/tala-de-arboles-hotel2.jpg 1366w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 755px) 100vw, 755px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">De igual forma, Mu\u00f1oz \u00c1lvarez, refrend\u00f3 el absoluto respeto a la labor que realizan el gremio period\u00edstico en el municipio, esto, en el marco de se\u00f1alamientos vertidos en la celebraci\u00f3n de la D\u00e9cima Tercera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo, donde pidi\u00f3 el Alcalde que por respeto a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n sea aclarada cualquier situaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">Referente a los puntos ordinarios establecidos, fue aprobado por los ediles, el punto de acuerdo presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Salud y Bienestar Social, en el cual se autoriza la instalaci\u00f3n y toma de protesta de los integrantes del Comit\u00e9 Municipal Contra las Adicciones (COMCA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-MX\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- En total congruencia a la agenda ambiental que ha establecido la administraci\u00f3n municipal de La<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":46215,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-46214","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipios"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
