{"id":46671,"date":"2019-05-17T17:59:28","date_gmt":"2019-05-17T23:59:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=46671"},"modified":"2019-05-17T18:02:07","modified_gmt":"2019-05-18T00:02:07","slug":"tipifican-como-delito-el-realizar-disparos-al-aire-en-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=46671","title":{"rendered":"Tipifican como delito el realizar disparos al aire en BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El\u00a0Congreso de Baja California Sur\u00a0aprob\u00f3 el pasado jueves 17 de mayo un dictamen el cual tipifica como delito realizar disparos de arma de fuego al aire, buscando con ello terminar con la costumbre de\u00a0accionar armas de fuego en\u00a0celebraciones populares o fiestas, las cuales ponen en riesgo a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n de la iniciativa se establece que: quien\u00a0dispare un arma de fuego,\u00a0sin \u00e1nimo lesivo, poniendo en peligro la vida o integridad corporal de alguna persona se impondr\u00e1 de uno\u00a0a dos\u00a0a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multa de hasta 100 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-46672 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/casquillos-800x445-755x420.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"755\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/casquillos-800x445-755x420.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/casquillos-800x445-150x83.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/casquillos-800x445-768x428.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/casquillos-800x445.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/casquillos-800x445-600x334.jpg 600w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/casquillos-800x445-800x445.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 755px) 100vw, 755px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si accionan el\u00a0arma de fuego en estado de embriaguez o bajo el influjo de estupefacientes, psicotr\u00f3picos o cualquier otra substancias que afecte las\u00a0facultades psicomotrices, la sanci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de dos\u00a0a tres a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y hasta\u00a0500 d\u00edas de multa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo se tipifico como delito el Espionaje y Halconeo\u00a0contra las Instituciones Policiales, de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia, estableciendo sanciones de 7 a 15 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multas de 400 a 800 d\u00edas, a quien aceche vigile, intervenga comunicaciones\u00a0privadas u oficiales por cualquier\u00a0 medio\u00a0 tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, aument\u00f3\u00a0las penas al delito de robo de veh\u00edculos, con la finalidad de castigar de forma m\u00e1s severa un delito\u00a0 que ha sido incidente en el estado en los \u00faltimos meses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El\u00a0Congreso de Baja California Sur\u00a0aprob\u00f3 el pasado jueves 17 de mayo un dictamen el cual<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":46672,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-46671","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
