Gubernamental (ONG) Conciencia M\u00e9xico, pretend\u00eda adjudicarse terrenos en el humedal para construir un museo y otros edificios, motivo por el cual la\u00a0Zona Federal Mar\u00edtimo Terrestre (Zofemat)\u00a0de\u00a0La Paz\u00a0pedir\u00e1 a la Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Profepa) conmutar la multa a cambio de la colocaci\u00f3n de algunas barreras para impedir el paso de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-48154 aligncenter\" (max-width: 656px) 100vw, 656px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed lo dio a conocer el comisariado del ejido\u00a0Chametla\u00a0Salvador Vergara, \u00a0quien adem\u00e1s interpondr\u00e1 una denuncia contra quien resulte responsable por el desmonte, la apertura de una calle y los da\u00f1os ocasionados en su terreno, ubicados en\u00a0El Conchalito, donde es el n\u00facleo agrario que tiene una propiedad de 15 hect\u00e1reas de tierra de uso com\u00fan, otorgadas en la ampliaci\u00f3n que se le entreg\u00f3 por resoluci\u00f3n presidencial en 1986.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la par, se revisar\u00e1 y en su caso se actuar\u00e1 por la asignaci\u00f3n de varios terrenos en favor de ejidatarios en a\u00f1os anteriores y que presumiblemente estar\u00edan mal ubicado, trat\u00e1ndose de 58 lotes, de los cuales algunos se encuentran ocupados por vecinos de la colonia\u00a0El Conchalito, detall\u00f3 el presidente del comisariado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-48161 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/PHOTO-2019-06-10-19-35-33-656x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"656\" height=\"492\" el\u00a0Instituto Nacional de Antropolog\u00eda e Historia (INAH)\u00a0tambi\u00e9n despleg\u00f3 personal en el sitio para verificar que no se hubieran cometido delitos contra el patrimonio hist\u00f3rico de los habitantes de\u00a0Baja California Sur, toda vez que en las inmediaciones se han descubierto vestigios arqueol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la denuncia por da\u00f1os ambientales en el humedal de El Conchalito por parte del Municipio de La Paz fue interpuesta por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de \u00c1reas Naturales Protegidas (Conanp) y sigue
