{"id":48402,"date":"2019-06-13T19:09:18","date_gmt":"2019-06-14T01:09:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=48402"},"modified":"2019-06-13T20:05:23","modified_gmt":"2019-06-14T02:05:23","slug":"acuerdan-congreso-del-estado-y-sindicato-llevar-reglamento-interno-a-mesas-de-trabajo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=48402","title":{"rendered":"Acuerdan Congreso del Estado y Sindicato llevar reglamento interno a mesas de trabajo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Congreso del Estado y sus trabajadores a trav\u00e9s de la secci\u00f3n La Paz del Sindicato de Bur\u00f3cratas acordaron revisar a trav\u00e9s de mesas de trabajo el Reglamento de asistencias, faltas y puntualidad de dicho poder legislativo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-48403 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/FOTO-REUNION-LEG-SINDICATO-13JUN19-755x367.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"755\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/FOTO-REUNION-LEG-SINDICATO-13JUN19-755x367.jpeg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/FOTO-REUNION-LEG-SINDICATO-13JUN19-150x73.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/FOTO-REUNION-LEG-SINDICATO-13JUN19-768x373.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/FOTO-REUNION-LEG-SINDICATO-13JUN19-1024x498.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/FOTO-REUNION-LEG-SINDICATO-13JUN19-600x292.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/FOTO-REUNION-LEG-SINDICATO-13JUN19.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 755px) 100vw, 755px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante las comunicaciones oficiales de la sesi\u00f3n del jueves 13 de junio se dio lectura a un documento signado por la presidenta de la junta de gobierno y coordinaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, Milena Quiroga Romero en atenci\u00f3n a las inquietudes de trabajadores y diputados de diferentes fracciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previo a la sesi\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo una reuni\u00f3n entre legisladores, trabajadores y el l\u00edder sindical de la secci\u00f3n La Paz, Mauricio Higuera Cota, en donde se expusieron diversos puntos de vista sobre el referido reglamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Milena Quiroga explic\u00f3 que la intensi\u00f3n del reglamento interno es reforzar los derechos de los trabajadores y tambi\u00e9n establecerlo por un tema de seguridad, que se retom\u00f3 de experiencias que se han presentado en otros estados de la rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El diputado Humberto Arce se pronunci\u00f3 por que mediante la revisi\u00f3n se alcancen acuerdos que establezcan los derechos de los trabajadores y que el proceso se desarrolle bajo dialogo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte el secretario general de la secci\u00f3n La Paz del SUTASPEMIDBCS, Mauricio Higuera Cota, manifest\u00f3 que el reglamento despert\u00f3 expectativas, inclusive la molestia de trabajadores sindicalizados pero que anteponiendo el dialogo llegaron al acuerdo de establecer las mesas de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cExhort\u00e9 a los diputados para que cualquier iniciativa que se presente sea previamente\u00a0 analizada por el sindicato y que este pueda contribuir, los sindicatos tambi\u00e9n debe transformarse y quienes estamos al frente debemos predicar con el ejemplo, edificar exhortar a los trabajadores a responder a cumplir con lo establecido en ley federal del trabajo, generar din\u00e1mica de trabajo, trabajo comisiones mixtas de\u00a0 escalaf\u00f3n seguridad e higiene\u201d, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Congreso del Estado y sus trabajadores a trav\u00e9s de la secci\u00f3n La Paz del<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":48404,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-48402","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
