llev\u00f3 a cabo el segundo foro de an\u00e1lisis para la creaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Atenci\u00f3n Medica Prehospitalaria para Baja California Sur, la cual busca regular la operaci\u00f3n de los prestadores de servicios de atenci\u00f3n prehospitalaria de instituciones publicas y privadas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-48463 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/IMG_9147-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"738\" height=\"492\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/IMG_9147-738x492.jpg 738px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicha iniciativa fue presentada por el ciudadano Gaudencio Gonz\u00e1lez, el pasado mes de febrero; un padre de familia, que preocupado por la seguridad de sus hijos voluntarios, busca que esta actividad sea normada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante esta iniciativa ciudadana, el diputado Humberto Arce Cordero, ha realizado dos foros, los cuales han contado con la participaci\u00f3n de los cuerpos de bomberos, protecci\u00f3n civil, prestadores de servicios prehospitalarios de los municipios de Los Cabos, Comond\u00fa, La Paz, as\u00ed como de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud y del Consejo Estatal para la Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidentes (COEPRA).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-48461 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/DSC_0291.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"444\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/DSC_0291.jpg 670w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/DSC_0291-150x99.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/DSC_0291-600x398.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La dictaminaci\u00f3n de este proyecto de Ley, se ha retrasado debido a que la comisi\u00f3n de salud propondr\u00e1 la creaci\u00f3n del Sistema Estatal de Atenci\u00f3n Medica Prehospitalaria, instancia que ser\u00eda la que regule, capacite, supervise y sancione a todos los centros de regulaci\u00f3n de urgencias m\u00e9dicas (CRUM) y prestadores de servicios prehospitalarios institucionales y privados, ya que actualmente no hay una instancia que los regule ni vigile el cumplimiento de la NOM 034, indico el legislador.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-48462 Atenci\u00f3n Medica Prehospitalaria, es la tercera iniciativa ciudadana que recibe la comisi\u00f3n de salud y en la cual se trabaja con convocatoria a los sectores p\u00fablicos y privados
