{"id":55107,"date":"2019-10-10T18:11:02","date_gmt":"2019-10-11T00:11:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=55107"},"modified":"2019-10-10T18:11:02","modified_gmt":"2019-10-11T00:11:02","slug":"prohiben-las-uma-y-udis-como-unidad-de-medida-para-el-pago-de-prestaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=55107","title":{"rendered":"Prohiben las UMA y UDIS como unidad de medida, para el pago de prestaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Fue aprobada por unanimidad la iniciativa presentada por el Diputado H\u00e9ctor Ortega Pillado de la fracci\u00f3n parlamentaria \u201cJuntos haremos historia por Baja California Sur\u201d, que proh\u00edbe usar la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA) as\u00ed como la Unidad de Inversi\u00f3n (UDIS) o cualquier otra forma, para el c\u00e1lculo de prestaciones y remuneraciones salariales de los trabajadores. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-55108 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/H\u00e9ctor-Ortega-Pillado-101019-2-738x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"738\" height=\"492\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/H\u00e9ctor-Ortega-Pillado-101019-2-738x492.jpeg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/H\u00e9ctor-Ortega-Pillado-101019-2-150x100.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/H\u00e9ctor-Ortega-Pillado-101019-2-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/H\u00e9ctor-Ortega-Pillado-101019-2-1024x683.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/H\u00e9ctor-Ortega-Pillado-101019-2.jpeg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 738px) 100vw, 738px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs una norma jur\u00eddica que surge de la preocupaci\u00f3n de muchos trabajadores, que manifestaron que injustamente se les llegaron a pagar prestaciones laborales tomando como unidad de c\u00e1lculo a la UMA. Esta situaci\u00f3n no debi\u00f3 haber acontecido, ya que la naturaleza de la UMA no aplica para salarios y prestaciones de car\u00e1cter laboral, ni para cuestiones pensionarias\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ortega Pillado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, el Diputado Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Laborales y Previsi\u00f3n Social reiter\u00f3 que dicha norma fungir\u00e1 como \u201cse\u00f1al y sem\u00e1foro de alerta para que las dependencias no vayan a cometer el error de realizar pagos de prestaciones tomando como elemento de c\u00e1lculo a la UMA, en perjuicio de los trabajadores del estado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-55109 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_0249-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"738\" height=\"492\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_0249-738x492.jpg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_0249-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_0249-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_0249-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 738px) 100vw, 738px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">H\u00e9ctor Ortega dej\u00f3 en claro que la aprobaci\u00f3n de esta modificaci\u00f3n no deber\u00eda tener impacto presupuestal, ya que es una norma de car\u00e1cter sustantiva prohibitiva, pero con funci\u00f3n preventiva; adem\u00e1s que las proyecciones presupuestales no consideran la unidad de medida antes mencionada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLamentablemente a veces se cometen errores y abusos en perjuicio del trabajador, por ello son necesarios este tipo de normas que establezcan prohibiciones categ\u00f3ricas que protejan el bien que con esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n obtienen los trabajadores del Estado para llevar bienestar a sus familias\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el diputado.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe hacer menci\u00f3n que esta medida entrar\u00e1 en vigor al d\u00eda siguiente al de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Gobierno del Estado, y contempla la adici\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 43 BIS a la Ley de los Trabajadores al Servicio de los Poderes del Estado y Municipios del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Fue aprobada por unanimidad la iniciativa presentada por el Diputado H\u00e9ctor Ortega Pillado de la<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":55109,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-55107","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.6 -
