{"id":55302,"date":"2019-10-14T21:00:23","date_gmt":"2019-10-15T03:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=55302"},"modified":"2019-10-14T21:00:23","modified_gmt":"2019-10-15T03:00:23","slug":"advierte-imss-sobre-sindrome-de-ojo-seco-por-alto-brillo-en-celulares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=55302","title":{"rendered":"Advierte IMSS sobre s\u00edndrome de ojo seco por alto brillo en celulares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Instituto mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) emiti\u00f3 este lunes, una serie de recomendaciones para prevenir el s\u00edndrome del ojo seco, padecimiento que actualmente se asocia al uso de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos en una poblaci\u00f3n que oscila entre los 20 y los 40 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este s\u00edndrome se caracteriza por la deshidrataci\u00f3n de la conjuntiva y de la c\u00f3rnea a causa de la evaporaci\u00f3n acelerada de l\u00e1grimas y genera s\u00edntomas como ardor ocular, ojos rojos, comez\u00f3n y lagrimeo. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n se presentan otras manifestaciones como visi\u00f3n borrosa y ojo rojo cr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-55303 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/celular-salud-755x425.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"755\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/celular-salud-755x425.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/celular-salud-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/celular-salud-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/celular-salud-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/celular-salud.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 755px) 100vw, 755px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reducir el brillo en la pantalla de dispositivos celulares, tabletas y computadoras, no exponerse directamente al aire acondicionado, corregir la graduaci\u00f3n de los lentes y acudir a revisi\u00f3n con el especialista al menos dos veces al a\u00f1o, son algunas de las recomendaciones para evitar el padecimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, se aconseja tomar descansos de 10 a 15 minutos por cada cinco horas de uso de pantallas brillantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El s\u00edndrome del ojo seco tiene mayor incidencia en personas de entre los 40 y 50 a\u00f1os de edad, y 20 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n lo padece.
