{"id":61597,"date":"2020-02-10T21:17:44","date_gmt":"2020-02-11T04:17:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=61597"},"modified":"2020-02-10T21:17:44","modified_gmt":"2020-02-11T04:17:44","slug":"impulsan-congreso-y-tsj-capacitacion-de-elementos-policiacos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=61597","title":{"rendered":"Impulsan Congreso y TSJ capacitaci\u00f3n de elementos policiacos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-61598 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/DIP.-DANIELA-RUBIO-MAGISTRADO-2-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"449\" height=\"297\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de seguridad en el Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, diputada Daniela Rubio Avil\u00e9s se reuni\u00f3 con el magistrado Paul Razo Brooks y Jeh\u00fa V\u00e1zquez Sav\u00edn, Secretario Ejecutivo de la Comisi\u00f3n Implementadora del Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal para Adolescentes, para revisar propuestas en materia de capacitaci\u00f3n para fuerzas p\u00fablicas en el tratamiento de adolescentes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese contexto el magistrado y el comisionado manifestaron la necesidad de la capacitaci\u00f3n de las fuerzas policiales, para lo que cual integraron el diplomado de justicia para adolescentes, el cual ser\u00e1 dirigido a elementos y personal<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>de las corporaciones polic\u00edas municipales, estales, ministerios p\u00fablicos y agentes de investigaci\u00f3n criminal.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diputada local admiti\u00f3 que hay un rezago en la legislaci\u00f3n del tratamiento de adolescentes cuando han cometido un delito, la ley les otorga un tratamiento especial y en el caso de Baja California Sur se tendr\u00e1 que armonizar la Ley General de Justicia para Adolescentes con la estatal.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte dijo que exhortar\u00e1 a polic\u00eda municipal para que asistan el 20 de marzo convocado por el poder de la judicatura del estado y la universidad Aut\u00f3noma del estado.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La legisladora dijo que congreso y poder judicial trabajar\u00e1n conjuntamente en la legislaci\u00f3n de justicia para adolescentes as\u00ed como la armonizaci\u00f3n de la ley de Justicia para Adolescentes estatal con la ley general.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de seguridad en el Congreso del Estado de Baja California<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-61597","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
