{"id":62934,"date":"2020-03-04T18:14:55","date_gmt":"2020-03-05T01:14:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=62934"},"modified":"2020-03-04T18:14:55","modified_gmt":"2020-03-05T01:14:55","slug":"aprueban-catalogo-de-tramites-y-servicios-municipales-en-loreto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=62934","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban cat\u00e1logo de tr\u00e1mites y servicios municipales en Loreto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Loreto, Baja California Sur.-<b> <\/b>A trav\u00e9s de las Segunda Sesi\u00f3n del Consejo Municipal de Mejora Regulatoria, se present\u00f3 y aprob\u00f3 el primer cat\u00e1logo de tr\u00e1mites y servicios del Municipio de Loreto, que tiene como prop\u00f3sito que los tr\u00e1mites y servicios sean simplificados, otorguen certeza jur\u00eddica, reduzcan tiempos y costos de cumplimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho cat\u00e1logo, refuerza la construcci\u00f3n de un H. Ayuntamiento m\u00e1s transparente y participativo, que preste mejores servicios a los ciudadanos y a las empresas, a trav\u00e9s del aprovechamiento de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-62935 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/FOTO-2-SE-APRUEBA-EN-LORETO-CAT\u00c1LOGO-DE-TR\u00c1MITES-Y-SERVICIOS-MUNICIPALES.-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"738\" height=\"492\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prev\u00e9 eliminar la discrecionalidad y la opacidad en la actuaci\u00f3n de las dependencias y entidades de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica municipal, adem\u00e1s consolida acciones dirigidas a atender las demandas de la sociedad en la forma de normas, instituciones, bienes p\u00fablicos y servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cat\u00e1logo manejar\u00e1 130 tr\u00e1mites y servicios, que se subir\u00e1n a la plataforma digital del Ayuntamiento para el f\u00e1cil acceso de los ciudadanos, en los que define importantes avances, fija principios de m\u00e1ximo beneficio, expedientes, control regulatorio, competitividad, m\u00e1xima publicidad, transparencia y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer el Lic.
