class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Manzur,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>para<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>que informe<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>al Poder Legislativo sudcaliforniano en<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>qu\u00e9 estado se encuentra la solicitud de Manifestaci\u00f3n de<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Impacto Ambiental, presentada por la compa\u00f1\u00eda Grupo Minera M\u00e9xico conocida como \u201cMEXarco\u201d, la cual pretende desarrollar un proyecto de explotaci\u00f3n de mineral en el Valle de Los Cirios, Baja California y que estar\u00eda comprometiendo al Acu\u00edfero del Valle<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>de Vizca\u00edno e incluso advierten, de desarrollarse como se planea podr\u00eda colapsarlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el legislador present\u00f3 un punto de acuerdo para advertir que la empresa minera pretende desarrollar un proyecto de explotaci\u00f3n de mineral a cielo abierto con una extensi\u00f3n de 50 mil hect\u00e1reas en el<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Valle de Los Cirios en el vecino estado de Baja California, a decenas de kil\u00f3metros de nuestra entidad federativa, la cual es un \u00c1rea Natural Protegida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el mes de septiembre de 2019 dicha empresa ingres\u00f3 ante la Direcci\u00f3n General de Impacto y Riesgo Ambiental de la SEMARNAT una Manifestaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental, modalidad particular, para buscar obtener la autorizaci\u00f3n para realizar un proyecto de exploraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ruiz Flores advirti\u00f3 que para su operaci\u00f3n la empresa requerir\u00e1 de millones<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>de metros c\u00fabicos de agua cada a\u00f1o, mismos que planea obtener del Acu\u00edfero de El Vizca\u00edno, municipio de Muleg\u00e9 en Baja California Sur, afectando a miles de habitantes, comunidades y en mediano plazo podr\u00eda hasta colapsar el acu\u00edfero.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esos t\u00e9rminos consider\u00f3 que es incompatible con el entorno sudcaliforniano, ya que datos de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua desde hace muchos a\u00f1os hablan de que es un acu\u00edfero deficitario, es decir, su<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>extracci\u00f3n es mayor a su recarga anual y obtener 10 millones de metros<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>c\u00fabicos adicionales del elemento sencillamente lo colapsar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El punto de acuerdo fue aprobado y a petici\u00f3n del diputado Marcelo Armenta, representante del distrito catorce de la regi\u00f3n Pacifico Norte se agreg\u00f3 que se invite al Congreso de Baja California a unirse al punto de acuerdo que tambi\u00e9n exhorta a la Directora General de la CONAGUA, Blanca Jim\u00e9nez Cisneros para que informe al Poder Legislativo de Baja California Sur sobre la situaci\u00f3n actual en que se encuentra el Acu\u00edfero de El Vizca\u00edno
