{"id":64800,"date":"2020-04-02T14:40:27","date_gmt":"2020-04-02T21:40:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=64800"},"modified":"2020-04-02T14:40:27","modified_gmt":"2020-04-02T21:40:27","slug":"reforma-congreso-de-bcs-constitucion-para-designar-al-auditor-superior","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=64800","title":{"rendered":"Reforma Congreso de BCS constituci\u00f3n para designar al Auditor Superior"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-64801 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/DIP-HECTOR-ORTEGA-PILLADO-2ABR20-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"413\" height=\"275\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Con 15 votos a favor el Congreso del Estado reform\u00f3 la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Baja California Sur y la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas del Estado para que en sucesivo el titular de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado sea designado por el voto de las dos terceras partes de los integrantes<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>presentes en la sesi\u00f3n de la Legislatura del Congreso del Estado.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta fue presentada por los diputados H\u00e9ctor Ortega Pillado, Carlos Van Wormer, Ramiro Ruiz Flores (MORENA), Homero Gonz\u00e1lez, Joan Sebasti\u00e1n Quintino (Sin Partido), la diputadas del PT, Mercedes Maciel Ortiz, Soledad Salda\u00f1a Ba\u00f1alez, Alba Josefina Cese\u00f1a (Sin partido) plantea la armonizaci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos 66 quater de la Constituci\u00f3n estatal y los art\u00edculos 83, 84 y 85 de la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el art\u00edculo 84 de la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n se reform\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n un p\u00e1rrafo a fin de que en la designaci\u00f3n del Auditor Superior del Estado de Baja California Sur, a falta de propuesta de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>sea \u201cpor decisi\u00f3n del Pleno del Congreso del Estado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y en la reforma del art\u00edculo 85 de la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n determina que en caso de que ning\u00fan candidato de la terna propuesta para ocupar el cargo de titular de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado, haya obtenido la votaci\u00f3n de las dos terceras partes de los \u201cmiembros presentes en la sesi\u00f3n de la Legislatura, se volver\u00e1 a someter una nueva propuesta en los t\u00e9rminos del art\u00edculo anterior\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El diputado Ramiro Ruiz Flores subi\u00f3 a tribuna para precisar que se trata de una armonizaci\u00f3n y que vendr\u00e1 a ayudar a disminuir el rezago administrativo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Con 15 votos a favor el Congreso del Estado reform\u00f3 la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Baja<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-64800","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
