{"id":66979,"date":"2020-05-15T17:29:55","date_gmt":"2020-05-15T23:29:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=66979"},"modified":"2020-05-15T17:29:55","modified_gmt":"2020-05-15T23:29:55","slug":"aprueba-congreso-del-bcs-reforma-educativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=66979","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba Congreso del BCS Reforma Educativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-66980 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/SESION-15MAY20-2-755x424.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"393\" height=\"221\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 este viernes 15 de mayo, en sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica extraordinaria virtual y por mayor\u00eda de los legisladores, la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n para el Estado Libre y Soberano de Baja California Sur, en el marco de la armonizaci\u00f3n de la legislaci\u00f3n educativa de las entidades federativas respecto a la Ley General de Educaci\u00f3n Federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El diputado Esteban Ojeda Ram\u00edrez, miembro de\u00a0 la bancada de Morena\u00a0 y Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Asuntos Educativos del Congreso del Estado se\u00f1al\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino de la sesi\u00f3n que con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la ley, la XV Legislatura le da mayor certidumbre y fortaleza a las acciones educativas que implemente la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Gobierno del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 el legislador que la Ley contiene art\u00edculos importantes de ideas avanzadas y progresistas que permitir\u00e1n a las autoridades correspondientes impulsar un vigoroso programa educativo que contemple la atenci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n inicial hasta la superior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la elaboraci\u00f3n de esta ley, aprobada de manera significativa en el marco de los festejos por el D\u00eda del Maestro, se propone incorporar los derechos de los trabajadores de la educaci\u00f3n para regularizar su situaci\u00f3n laboral, por lo que se deber\u00e1 considerar el financiamiento necesario en el presupuesto del pr\u00f3ximo 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 el legislador de morena que en la elaboraci\u00f3n de esta ley participaron maestros y\u00a0 maestras, distintos grupos magisteriales y diversas organizaciones\u00a0 sociales quienes presentaron sus propuestas en reuniones previas y mediante el env\u00edo de ellas por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la nueva ley, est\u00e1n representados sectores de trabajadores como los compensados, los maestros de ingl\u00e9s, los tele bachilleratos y en general todos los sectores involucrados en el sistema educativo, concluy\u00f3 el legislador.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 este viernes 15 de mayo, en sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica extraordinaria virtual<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-66979","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
