(max-width: 385px) 100vw, 385px\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La diputada Petra Ju\u00e1rez Maceda, del Grupo Parlamentario de MORENA,\u00a0 present\u00f3 este martes 26 de mayo en sesi\u00f3n ordinaria virtual un conjunto de modificaciones a diversas leyes que tienen como como objeto reconocer en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Baja california Sur, el derecho a la representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica en los ayuntamientos y el Poder Legislativo, de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa busca\u00a0 adicionar y\/o reformar art\u00edculos de la Constituci\u00f3n, de la Ley Electoral, de La Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, todas del Estado de Baja California Sur, adem\u00e1s de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Gobierno Municipal del Estado de Baja California Sur en materia de representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanas en el Poder Legislativo y los ayuntamientos de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su exposici\u00f3n de motivos, la legisladora abund\u00f3 que el derecho a la representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de los pueblos, comunidades ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos, se encuentra reconocida en la legislaci\u00f3n estatal, y se diferencia del derecho al consentimiento libre, previo e informado, en que, si bien el consentimiento es un proceso de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana para la toma de decisiones, no es la representaci\u00f3n popular directa de los intereses de los pueblos, comunidades ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos, en el ejercicio del poder p\u00fablico, como lo ser\u00eda dentro de un cabildo o una legislatura estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que lo anterior lleva a la necesidad de que la representaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas dentro del sistema jur\u00eddico hegem\u00f3nico debe ser diferenciada, por motivos de respeto a su tradici\u00f3n normativa, as\u00ed como de afirmaci\u00f3n y garant\u00eda de sus integrantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En resumen, la extensa iniciativa presenta modificaciones que proponen crear las regidur\u00edas y diputaciones por el principio de representaci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena, de acuerdo al porcentaje de la poblaci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena radicada en los ayuntamientos y en general en el Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se propone la creaci\u00f3n de los Consejos Estatal y Municipal ind\u00edgenas y Afromexicanos quienes har\u00e1n las propuestas de sus representantes a los cargos de los diferentes niveles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa fue turnada para su an\u00e1lisis a las comisiones permanentes de puntos constitucionales y de justicia, asuntos pol\u00edticos, derechos humanos y de asuntos ind\u00edgenas para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p
