{"id":80941,"date":"2021-01-12T16:09:52","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T23:09:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=80941"},"modified":"2021-01-12T16:09:52","modified_gmt":"2021-01-12T23:09:52","slug":"reanuda-labores-congreso-de-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=80941","title":{"rendered":"Reanuda labores Congreso de BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-80942 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/DIP-PERMANENTE-12ENE21-743x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"381\" height=\"252\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Con la celebraci\u00f3n de la primera sesi\u00f3n de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente del Primer Periodo de Receso del Tercer A\u00f1o de ejercicio constitucional, bajo la presidencia del Diputado Homero Gonz\u00e1lez Medrano, este 12 de enero de 2021, la XV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur reinici\u00f3 labores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bajo el orden del d\u00eda se presentaron pronunciamientos y se remitieron vetos del titular del Gobierno del Estado al decreto 2750 del Presupuesto de Egresos del Gobierno del Estado para el ejercicio 2021, as\u00ed como a los decretos 2739 y 2749 correspondientes a la Ley de Coordinaci\u00f3n Fiscal y a la Ley de Ingresos para el Gobierno del Estado para el ejercicio 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De conformidad a la Ley, los asuntos fueron turnados a la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Fiscales y Administrativos para su tr\u00e1mite parlamentario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto se pronunciaron la diputada Milena Quiroga Romero, el Diputado Humberto Arce Cordero (MORENA), y la Diputada Mercedes Maciel (PT).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previo a la clausura el Diputado Presidente cit\u00f3 a sesi\u00f3n solemne el pr\u00f3ximo viernes 15 de enero, a las 11:00 horas en la Sala de Sesiones Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos y Pav\u00f3n, para conmemorar el XLI Aniversario de la Promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Con la celebraci\u00f3n de la primera sesi\u00f3n de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente del Primer Periodo de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-80941","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
