{"id":81000,"date":"2021-01-13T16:44:49","date_gmt":"2021-01-13T23:44:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=81000"},"modified":"2021-01-13T16:44:49","modified_gmt":"2021-01-13T23:44:49","slug":"queda-en-prision-preventiva-sujeto-acusado-de-robar-centro-de-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=81000","title":{"rendered":"Queda en prisi\u00f3n preventiva sujeto acusado de robar Centro de Salud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-81001 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/detenido.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"721\" height=\"415\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de robo calificado cometido en lugar cerrado, fue vinculado a proceso Gustavo Adolfo \u201cN\u201d denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos el pasado 19 de abril en el Centro de Salud de la colonia El Calandrio, en la capital del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nDurante la audiencia inicial por ejecuci\u00f3n de orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, realizada en el Centro de Justicia Panel de La Paz, el martes 12 del mes en curso, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) \u00a0formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n del delito, para despu\u00e9s presentar los datos de prueba para definir la situaci\u00f3n del imputado, quien estuvo de acuerdo en que se resolviera sobre su condici\u00f3n, por lo que el Juez de Control, decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida en la causa penal J738\/2020, los hechos ocurrieron cuando el imputado, rompiendo chapas y ventanas, ingres\u00f3 a la unidad del Instituto de Salud de la colonia de referencia, en donde probablemente se apoder\u00f3 de equipo m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nFinalmente, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, adscrito a la Unidad Especializada en la Investigaci\u00f3n de delito de Robo, solicit\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, por lo que la Juez de Control, tras valorar sus argumentos, otorg\u00f3 la medida solicitada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso y brind\u00f3 tres meses como plazo para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de robo calificado cometido en lugar cerrado, fue<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-81000","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
