{"id":81128,"date":"2021-01-15T17:48:01","date_gmt":"2021-01-16T00:48:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=81128"},"modified":"2021-01-15T17:48:01","modified_gmt":"2021-01-16T00:48:01","slug":"mantienen-en-los-cabos-el-20-de-descuento-en-el-pago-del-impuesto-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=81128","title":{"rendered":"Mantienen en Los Cabos, el 20% de descuento en el pago del Impuesto Predial"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-81129 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/04-Todo-enero-aprovecha-el-20-de-descuento-en-el-pago-del-Impuesto-Predial-en-Los-Cabos-2-700x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"373\" height=\"262\" \/>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- \u00a0Con el objetivo de apoyar la econom\u00eda de la ciudadan\u00eda de Los Cabos, el Gobierno Municipal estar\u00e1 aplicando un descuento del 20% en el pago del impuesto predial durante el mes de enero; el pago puede realizarse en las distintas cajas que la XIII Administraci\u00f3n pone a disposici\u00f3n en todo el destino tur\u00edstico, o bien a trav\u00e9s del portal www.loscabos.gob, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer el director municipal de Ingresos, Ricardo Verdugo Llanas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que en la cabecera municipal se cuenta con 5 puntos de pago: en el Palacio Municipal, con 3 cajas; en las oficinas de la Direcci\u00f3n Municipal de Catastro tambi\u00e9n existen 3 cajas; en la Direcci\u00f3n Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Urbano, con 1 caja; en la colonia Santa Rosa, en el local S\u00faper Plaza, se tiene 1 caja de cobro y, por \u00faltimo, en la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Polic\u00eda Preventiva y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal se cuenta con 1 caja, -cabe destacar que a partir del d\u00eda 18 de enero se implementar\u00e1 una caja m\u00e1s en la Direcci\u00f3n mencionada-.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Por otra parte, comunic\u00f3 que en la delegaci\u00f3n de Cabo San Lucas se cuenta con 4 puntos de pago: 3 cajas en el Pabell\u00f3n Cultural de la Rep\u00fablica; 1 caja en las oficinas de Giros Comerciales e Ingresos; 1 caja en las instalaciones de Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal y, por \u00faltimo, 4 en las oficinas delegaciones ubicadas en la plaza Le\u00f3n Cota Collins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>De igual manera, detall\u00f3 que con la finalidad de evitar la aglomeraci\u00f3n de personas en las cajas de cobro, la ciudadan\u00eda tiene la opci\u00f3n de realizar su pago de manera r\u00e1pida y segura a trav\u00e9s del portal <u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.loscabos.gob\/\">www.loscabos.gob, -mismo que se encuentra disponible las 24 horas del d\u00eda-, ya sea desde su dispositivo m\u00f3vil o computadora.<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Continu\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n aseverando que en el mes de enero el descuento es del 20%, febrero 15%, marzo 10% y por \u00faltimo, en abril ser\u00e1 del 5%, sin embargo, despu\u00e9s de los meses ya mencionados se podr\u00e1n hacer algunos descuentos, mismos que tendr\u00e1n que ser solicitados directamente en las oficinas de Ingresos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para finalizar, Ricardo Verdugo Llanas explic\u00f3 que dentro de las oficinas donde se realizan los cobros del impuesto predial, se respetan las medidas sanitarias, lineamientos de sana distancia y de prevenci\u00f3n de contagios de COVID-19.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- \u00a0Con el objetivo de apoyar la econom\u00eda de la ciudadan\u00eda de Los Cabos, el Gobierno<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-81128","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-municipios"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
