elementos del sector 5 de la polic\u00eda municipal, localizaron a un joven de 29 a\u00f1os de edad, quien habr\u00eda sido \u201clevantado\u201d el pasado 17 de diciembre del 2020 de la ciudad de Mexicali, Baja California.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4opof\" data-offset-key=\"a0oul-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"a0oul-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"a0oul-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4opof\" data-offset-key=\"9ll03-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"9ll03-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"9ll03-0-0\">Los hechos se registraron, cuando los agentes municipales se percataron de la presencia de un joven que deambulaba desorientado por las calles de Forjadores y calzada Camino Real, por lo que le decidieron hacerle la parada preventiva.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4opof\" data-offset-key=\"6kjcg-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"6kjcg-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"6kjcg-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4opof\" data-offset-key=\"93v3k-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"93v3k-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"93v3k-0-0\">Tras ser entrevistado, la persona dijo llamarse Sergio Ludwig Rodriguez, originario de Tecate, Baja California, el cual refiri\u00f3 a ver sido privado de su libertad el pasado 17 de diciembre del 2020, en la ciudad de Mexicali, desde donde fue trasladado hacia San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, donde estuvo encerrado hasta el d\u00eda 17 de enero de 2021, luego de lograr escapar de sus captores.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4opof\" data-offset-key=\"87ajk-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"87ajk-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"87ajk-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4opof\" data-offset-key=\"ckd5r-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"ckd5r-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"ckd5r-0-0\">La v\u00edctima, fue reconocida por el agente Edgar Israel Camacho, quien en d\u00edas pasado habr\u00eda visto en una publicaci\u00f3n en la red social de Facebook, corroborando que se trataba de la persona reportada como desaparecida.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4opof\" data-offset-key=\"7sq2c-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"7sq2c-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7sq2c-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4opof\" data-offset-key=\"f9kca-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"f9kca-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f9kca-0-0\">Ante la situaci\u00f3n, los agentes procedieron a comunicar los hechos a la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Investigaci\u00f3n y Persecuci\u00f3n de Los Delitos de Desaparici\u00f3n Forzadas de Personas, Desaparici\u00f3n Cometidos por Particulares y Delitos Vinculados, quien instruy\u00f3 el llenado de las actas correspondientes, as\u00ed como el traslado de la v\u00edctima a las instalaciones de la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\"
