Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n, resolvi\u00f3 el pasado 20 de enero la impugnaci\u00f3n promovida por Alejandro Javier Lage Su\u00e1rez, en contra del proceso electivo interno de Morena en Baja California Sur.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1kgj1\" data-offset-key=\"6n4p2-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"6n4p2-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"6n4p2-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1kgj1\" data-offset-key=\"5fd7u-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"5fd7u-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5fd7u-0-0\">Bajo el expediente SUP-JDC-69\/2021, se se\u00f1ala la inconformidad de Lage Su\u00e1rez, en contra del proceso electivo de Morena, mediante el cual se designar\u00eda a quien encabezar\u00eda los trabajos de Coordinaci\u00f3n de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n en el Baja California Sur, del cual, result\u00f3 electo el profesor V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1kgj1\" data-offset-key=\"106bk-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"106bk-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"106bk-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1kgj1\" data-offset-key=\"94iir-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"94iir-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"94iir-0-0\">Cabe mencionar, que la impugnaci\u00f3n fue realizada \u201cPer Saltum\u201d, es decir, el promovente, decidi\u00f3 no hacerlo en las instancias locales, y fue directo a interponer el JDC, al TEPJF la cual orden\u00f3 su reencause.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1kgj1\" data-offset-key=\"bn60u-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"bn60u-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"bn60u-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1kgj1\" data-offset-key=\"dn62n-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"dn62n-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"dn62n-0-0\">Con ello, queda desechada la queja ante la instancia federal, al se\u00f1alar su improcedencia y se reencauza la demanda a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Honestidad y Justicia de Morena para que, en un breve t\u00e9rmino y en plenitud de sus atribuciones, resuelva lo que en Derecho corresponda.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1kgj1\" data-offset-key=\"ct89d-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\"
