hombre que presuntamente asesinara a su madre en un domicilio de la colonia Ampliaci\u00f3n Matamoros, de Cabo San Lucas, el pasado 20 de enero, permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa, por el delito de feminicidio, seg\u00fan determin\u00f3 la juez.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"boevj\" data-offset-key=\"30ecr-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"30ecr-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"30ecr-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"boevj\" data-offset-key=\"an2c7-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"an2c7-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"an2c7-0-0\">En la audiencia inicial, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico reuni\u00f3 los suficientes elementos de prueba incriminatorios suficientes para acreditar la posible participaci\u00f3n del imputado en el hecho delictivo.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"boevj\" data-offset-key=\"b7s9g-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" craneoencef\u00e1lico severo. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"boevj\" data-offset-key=\"6g1ag-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"6g1ag-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"6g1ag-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"boevj\" data-offset-key=\"bv3d4-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"bv3d4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"bv3d4-0-0\">Cabe mencionar Leonardo Ren\u00e9 &#8216;N&#8217;, golpe\u00f3 a su madre en la cabeza, escondi\u00f3 el cad\u00e1ver, la reporto desaparecida, para luego participar en su b\u00fasqueda.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"boevj\" data-offset-key=\"aukve-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"aukve-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"aukve-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"boevj\" data-offset-key=\"a35ar-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"a35ar-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"a35ar-0-0\">Finalmente el Juez de Control Especializado, determin\u00f3 ejercer acci\u00f3n penal en contra del imputado, por lo hechos provocados en contra de quien en vida llevara el nombre de Andrea Ju\u00e1rez Castillo, de 42 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"
