3 por incumplir la Ley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-82699 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_3639-717x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"380\" height=\"261\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_3639-717x492.jpg 717w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_3639-150x103.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_3639-768x527.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_3639-130x90.jpg 130w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/IMG_3639.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 380px) 100vw, 380px\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Un total de siete empresas que prestaban servicios de seguridad privada perdieron su permiso para continuar operando en la entidad, luego de que no cumplieran con los lineamientos establecidos en la ley, dio a conocer el director del ramo, Rodrigo Eduardo Silva Lugo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director de Seguridad Privada en el Estado, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las empresas canceladas son Seahawk, Losmor, Presepanosa, Grupo Simose, Corporativo Vidadi y Seguridad Privada Mar de Cortes, las tres primeras por el cierre de actividades, y las otras tres por incumplir con el reglamento al no proveer a su personal operativo de seguridad social, ni la capacitaci\u00f3n para llevar a cabo funciones de protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, dio a conocer que la empresa FAMCRO, con licencia para el traslado de valores, fue suspendida y sancionada con 1000 UMAS, equivalente a 86 mil pesos y la cancelaci\u00f3n de su licencia estatal, derivada de una queja que origin\u00f3 un procedimiento administrativo, el cual determin\u00f3 que no cumpl\u00eda con los principios\u00a0 de ley, as\u00ed como la utilizaci\u00f3n de herramientas de trabajo no permitidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs importante regular a este tipo de negociaciones de manera constante, a fin de dar certeza a los ciudadanos que vayan a requerir de este tipo de servicios que las mismas cuentan con su permiso expedido por la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Estado, lo que significa que cumplen con los requisitos enmarcados en la ley y que tienen los medios necesarios para ejercer funciones de protecci\u00f3n y cuidado de bienes inmuebles\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el Director.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente Eduardo Silva Lugo recomend\u00f3 a los ciudadanos que vayan a contratar este tipo de empresas, verificar que la misma cuente con el permiso que otorga esta Secretar\u00eda y que el mismo se encuentre vigente, a fin de garantizar que la misma es una empresa avalada y certificada, o bien, comunicarse a esta direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad Privada para mayor informaci\u00f3n al tel\u00e9fono 17.5.04.00 extensi\u00f3n 1022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Un total de siete empresas que prestaban servicios de seguridad privada perdieron su permiso para<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":82699,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-82698","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Dejan de operar 7 empresas de seguridad en BCS;
