IX Ayuntamiento de Loreto, al ser aprobado su nombramiento por mayor\u00eda con 6 votos a favor y 2 en contra del Cabildo en pleno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el evento protocolario, el nuevo funcionario acept\u00f3 cumplir y hacer cumplir la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la del Estado Libre y Soberano de Baja California Sur, las leyes que de ella emanen, as\u00ed como los acuerdos y disposiciones dictadas por el H.
