Ricardo Alberto Le\u00f3n Cota que busca modificar la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Gobierno Municipal del Estado de Baja California Sur, a fin de reformar el procedimiento espec\u00edfico para llevar a cabo la remoci\u00f3n de los Delegados Municipales, y se garantice el debido proceso de los implicados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los art\u00edculos de la mencionada Ley que se propone modificar son el 85 en sus fracciones I, II y III y el art\u00edculo 86, adem\u00e1s de adicionar un Art\u00edculo 86 bis<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta de la iniciativa ciudadana, busca garantizar el respeto a los derechos de las personas que fungen en el cargo de Delegado municipal para que en caso de solicitud de remoci\u00f3n por cualquier de las causas se\u00f1aladas por la ley, la solicitud de remoci\u00f3n sea dirigida al Presidente Municipal, acompa\u00f1adas de las pruebas pertinentes y a m\u00e1s tardar en cinco d\u00edas \u00e9ste deber\u00e1 enterar al Cabildo quien deber\u00e1 integrar\u00a0 una comisi\u00f3n\u00a0 en su seno que averig\u00fce si est\u00e1 probada o no la causa de la remoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El delegado municipal contar\u00e1 con cinco d\u00edas para presentar pruebas en descargo y luego la comisi\u00f3n entregar\u00e1 el dictamen\u00a0 al Cabildo quien en un plazo no mayor de 20 har\u00e1 la declaratoria respectiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con lo anterior, el pleno se\u00f1ala que se garantizar\u00e1 el debido proceso a este nivel de funcionarios que en la actualidad puede ser removidos sin que se garantice el respeto a sus derechos humanos y pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La XV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado envi\u00f3 a Comisiones para su an\u00e1lisis y elaboraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-85341","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
