{"id":89185,"date":"2021-06-03T14:16:54","date_gmt":"2021-06-03T20:16:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=89185"},"modified":"2021-06-03T14:16:54","modified_gmt":"2021-06-03T20:16:54","slug":"exhortan-a-procuraduria-cumpla-protocolos-de-investigacion-de-feminicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=89185","title":{"rendered":"Exhortan a Procuradur\u00eda cumpla protocolos de investigaci\u00f3n de feminicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-89186 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SESION-03JU21-2-755x468.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"379\" height=\"235\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Ante los lamentables casos de feminicidios que se siguen\u00a0 dando en la entidad, la XV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur, exhort\u00f3 a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado para que cumplan con el protocolo de investigaci\u00f3n del delito de feminicidio con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, que establece que ante toda muerte violenta de una mujer, el Ministerio P\u00fablico tiene el deber de buscar acreditar cualquiera de los ocho supuestos previstos que constituyen las \u201crazones de g\u00e9nero\u201d por las cuales fue ejecutado el il\u00edcito, tal como lo establece el art\u00edculo 389 del C\u00f3digo Penal estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Congreso tambi\u00e9n exhorta a la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado para que implementen a la brevedad un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n para su personal, para el conocimiento y correcta aplicaci\u00f3n del protocolo de investigaci\u00f3n del delito de feminicidio con perspectiva de G\u00e9nero, derivado del acuerdo 05\/2020 ambos publicados en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Gobierno del Estado de BCS el 31 de marzo de 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El protocolo \u00a0indica que la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n debe establecerse feminicidio como lo indica el protocolo lo cual abre el proceso a incorporar elementos que no deben omitirse, hay jurisprudencia al respecto como la sentencia Mariana Lima que as\u00ed lo establece y desde el primer momento la investigaci\u00f3n debe considerar las causales se\u00f1aladas para feminicidio que adem\u00e1s implica sanciones m\u00e1s fuertes, y evidencia extremos de violencia que no deben invisibilizarse, por seguridad de otras mujeres, como en el caso que aqu\u00ed se\u00f1alamos donde meses atr\u00e1s, ya se hab\u00eda presentado una situaci\u00f3n similar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Ante los lamentables casos de feminicidios que se siguen\u00a0 dando en la entidad, la XV<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-89185","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
