{"id":90500,"date":"2021-06-30T07:35:11","date_gmt":"2021-06-30T13:35:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=90500"},"modified":"2021-06-30T07:36:05","modified_gmt":"2021-06-30T13:36:05","slug":"desecha-congreso-de-bcs-ampliar-el-aborto-legal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=90500","title":{"rendered":"Desecha Congreso de BCS ampliar el aborto legal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-90501 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2020-03-19-40-700x500-cover-689x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"367\" height=\"262\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Pese a que los abortos son legales en Baja California Sur, solamente si es producto de una violaci\u00f3n, el producto sea mal formado o representa riesgo para la mujer, el Congreso del Estado rechaz\u00f3 el dictamen a favor de ampliar el aborto legal hasta la d\u00e9cimo segunda semana de gestaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con votaci\u00f3n dividida y ausencia de algunos legisladores que abandonaron la sesi\u00f3n, el Congreso de Baja California Sur rechaz\u00f3 el dictamen, el cual que dur\u00f3 m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o en comisiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los 8 votos a favor, fueron de los diputados Esteban Ojeda, Marcelo Armenta, Humberto Arce, Rosalba Rodr\u00edguez, Mar\u00eda Petra Ju\u00e1rez, Homero Gonz\u00e1lez, Sandra Guadalupe Moreno y Mercedes Maciel; mientras que los 6 en contra fueron de Perla Flores, Lorenia Monta\u00f1o y Rigoberto Murillo, del PES; Jos\u00e9 Luis P\u00e9rpuli y Elizabeth Rocha, del PAN y Maricela Pineda, del PRD; mientras que las abstenciones fueron de las legisladoras Anita Beltr\u00e1n, PRI y Daniela Rubio, Humanista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, los diputados que abandonaron la sesi\u00f3n fueron, Carlos Jos\u00e9 Van Wormer, Sandra Moreno V\u00e1zquez, Ramiro Ruiz y Estela Galaviz de Morena y Soledad Salda\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con esto, la iniciativa se qued\u00f3 a un voto de su aprobaci\u00f3n.
