Se pone en marcha la terminal de gas natural con la cual se revoluciona el tradicional sistema energ\u00e9tico del Estado\u201d, expres\u00f3 el Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el evento protocolario realizado en el puerto pace\u00f1o con todas las medidas sanitarias, acompa\u00f1ado de Wes Edens, presidente y director general de NFE, y Sam Abdalla, vicepresidente de Desarrollo de Proyecto de NFE, Mendoza Davis asever\u00f3 que \u201cabrir el Estado a la generaci\u00f3n y consumo de nuevas energ\u00edas hace que a Baja California Sur la alcance ya el futuro prometedor que requer\u00eda para ser una Entidad sustentable\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-91240 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/PRINCIPAL-CMD_GAS-NATURAL-2-739x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"739\" height=\"492\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La introducci\u00f3n de gas natural en el mercado de BCS ayudar\u00e1 a lograr una mayor eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, ahorrar en costos y reducir emisiones a medida que desplaza a los combustibles f\u00f3siles. Tambi\u00e9n ofrece oportunidades para la creaci\u00f3n de empleo, la formaci\u00f3n de una mano de obra nueva y m\u00e1s especializada, el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y una mejor gesti\u00f3n medioambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta manera, la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE) estar\u00e1 en condiciones de sustituir con gas natural el combust\u00f3leo que actualmente usa para generar electricidad, y que contamina a la bah\u00eda de La Paz, y as\u00ed producir electricidad de forma m\u00e1s limpia, econ\u00f3mica y eficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn pocos meses, la propia empresa New Fortress Energy producir\u00e1, desde el puerto de Pichilingue, 135 megavatios de electricidad que se incorporar\u00e1n a la tan necesaria oferta el\u00e9ctrica para nuestro estado.
