386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/>Los Cabos, Baja CaliforniaSur.- Esta ma\u00f1ana el presidente electo de Los Cabos, Oscar Leggs Castro, acudi\u00f3 a emitir su voto en la primera Consulta Popular 2021, la cual fue convocada por el Congreso a solicitud del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al concluir el ejercicio democr\u00e1tico, el primer edil electo se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201cel servicio p\u00fablico debe ser con total transparencia y legalidad, siempre anteponiendo el inter\u00e9s\u00a0 \u00fanico y supremo de brindar bienestar a la ciudadan\u00eda, quien no piense as\u00ed o busque hacer cualquier acto irregular o lo haya realizado ser\u00e1 juzgado por el pueblo y la Ley, en mi gobierno nada ni nadie estar\u00e1 por encima de la Ley\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Oscar Leggs.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a datos del Instituto Nacional Electoral, este 1 de agosto, 93 millones de mexicanos est\u00e1n convocados a las urnas, para emitir su opini\u00f3n en la consulta popular, en la cual el presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador hab\u00eda propuesto la pregunta como un juicio para los expresidentes Enrique Pe\u00f1a, Felipe Calder\u00f3n, Vicente Fox, Ernesto Zedillo y Carlos Salinas; sin embargo, la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN), encargada de determinar la constitucionalidad del ejercicio, redact\u00f3 una nueva pregunta:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u00bfEst\u00e1s de acuerdo o no en que se lleven a cabo las acciones pertinentes con apego al marco constitucional y legal, para emprender un proceso de esclarecimiento de las decisiones pol\u00edticas tomadas en los a\u00f1os pasados por los actores pol\u00edticos, encaminado a garantizar la justicia y los derechos de las posibles v\u00edctimas?\u201d.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto Oscar Leggs dijo \u201cEsto nos deja algo muy claro m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de enjuiciar a los expresidentes de lo que hicieron bien o hicieron mal\u2026 marca un precedente para los que vamos a entrar a gobernar y que entendamos todos, no solamente los que ya estuvieron y se enfrentan al juicio del pueblo y la historia, sino para hacer las cosas bien y que entendamos que son recursos del pueblo y se tiene que trabajar de la mano y con transparencia, todo lo que se tenga que hacer siempre que est\u00e9 enterado el pueblo\u201d, recalc\u00f3 el alcalde electo de Los Cabos.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es preciso se\u00f1ala que en M\u00e9xico es la primera vez que se realiza un ejercicio de este tipo en todo el pa\u00eds, bajo las nuevas reglas establecidas con la reforma aprobada en 2019.<\/div>\n<div class=\"yj6qo\" style=\"text-align:
