{"id":93151,"date":"2021-08-31T16:08:56","date_gmt":"2021-08-31T22:08:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=93151"},"modified":"2021-08-31T16:08:56","modified_gmt":"2021-08-31T22:08:56","slug":"inician-campana-septiembre-mes-del-testamento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=93151","title":{"rendered":"Inician campa\u00f1a \u201cSeptiembre, mes del testamento\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-93152 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/SGG_TESTAMENTO--755x414.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"214\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Gobierno del Estado y el Colegio de Notarios de Baja California Sur, dieron inicio a la campa\u00f1a \u201cSeptiembre, Mes del Testamento 2021\u201d, instrumento jur\u00eddico que tiene como principal objetivo el dar certeza legal al patrimonio familiar, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el secretario General de Gobierno, \u00c1lvaro De la Pe\u00f1a Angulo, al encabezar este acto, acompa\u00f1ado de integrantes de dicho Colegio y de su presidente, Jos\u00e9 Alberto Castro Salazar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De la Pe\u00f1a Angulo, refrend\u00f3 el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n estatal, de seguir trabajando hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda por el bien de las familias sudcalifornianas, y en total coordinaci\u00f3n con todos los sectores de la sociedad, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, como lo es, desde hace 6 a\u00f1os, con el notariado del estado, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUna vez m\u00e1s, nos sumamos a esta campa\u00f1a nacional, la cual tiene como finalidad el fomentar y promover entre la poblaci\u00f3n, el establecer a trav\u00e9s de un documento legal, como lo es el testamento, la voluntad personal de asignar libremente, los bienes o derechos que se tienen y con ello, evitar futuros problemas o juicios entre los familiares\u201d, expres\u00f3 el secretario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El funcionario estatal, agreg\u00f3, con este acto jur\u00eddico se esta heredando certeza y tranquilidad en la designaci\u00f3n del patrimonio de una persona, de ah\u00ed la importancia de esta campa\u00f1a nacional, y de la cual Baja California Sur se une, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, inform\u00f3 que en el marco de este encuentro se formaliz\u00f3 convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n en materia de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios notariales a bajo costo que brindan durante el mes de septiembre, adem\u00e1s de ampliar sus horarios de atenci\u00f3n y brindar asesor\u00edas gratuitas sobre el tema testamentario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, el Colegio de Notarios, reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso que hizo con todo el personal del sector salud, para que puedan obtener su testamento sin costo alguno, beneficio que tienen como apoyo y reconocimiento a la gran labor que realizan, ante la pandemia por covid-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, \u00c1lvaro De la Pe\u00f1a, puntualiz\u00f3 que, hasta el \u00faltimo momento de esta administraci\u00f3n es, continuar fortaleciendo acciones y temas que contribuyan al beneficio de las y los sudcalifornianos, como el fomentar la cultura del testamento y la legalidad, al tiempo que reconoci\u00f3 al notariado de BCS, por unirse y coadyuvar para sentar las bases de un mejor futuro para todos en la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Gobierno del Estado y el Colegio de Notarios de Baja California Sur, dieron inicio<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-93151","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
