{"id":93766,"date":"2021-09-13T15:17:19","date_gmt":"2021-09-13T21:17:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=93766"},"modified":"2021-09-13T15:17:19","modified_gmt":"2021-09-13T21:17:19","slug":"declara-ieebcs-receso-permanente-en-consejos-distritales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=93766","title":{"rendered":"Declara IEEBCS receso permanente en Consejos Distritales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-93767 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/DECLARA-IEEBCS-RECESO-PERMANENTE-EN-CONSEJOS-DISTRITALES-755x401.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"382\" height=\"203\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Este lunes 13 de septiembre, el Consejo General del Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California Sur, aprob\u00f3 el receso permanente de los Consejos Distritales Electorales 5, 15 y los Consejos Municipales Electorales de Comond\u00fa y Los Cabos de este Instituto, integrados para el Proceso Local Electoral 2020-2021, esto, debido al desahogo de los procesos jur\u00eddicos en relaci\u00f3n a las elecciones del pasado 06 de junio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta manera y una vez agotados todos los medios e instancias por las partes, as\u00ed como despu\u00e9s de las sentencias dictadas por las autoridades jurisdiccionales competentes respecto a los CDE 5 y 15, as\u00ed como los CME de Comond\u00fa y Los Cabos, se consider\u00f3 pertinente la declaraci\u00f3n de este receso permanente a los Consejos Electorales antes mencionados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Consejera Presidenta de IEEBCS, Rebeca Barrera Amador, mencion\u00f3 que con la toma de protesta de las nuevas autoridades, se deja ver el exitoso cierre del Proceso Local Electoral 2020-2021, cubriendo cabalmente todas sus etapas a pesar del contexto de pandemia en el cual se llev\u00f3 a cabo.
