{"id":93879,"date":"2021-09-15T17:19:10","date_gmt":"2021-09-15T23:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=93879"},"modified":"2021-09-15T17:19:10","modified_gmt":"2021-09-15T23:19:10","slug":"ratifica-congreso-nombramientos-de-procurador-y-contralora-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=93879","title":{"rendered":"Ratifica Congreso nombramientos de Procurador y Contralora del Estado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-93881 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/IMG_5013-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"260\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Pleno de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda los nombramientos del licenciado Daniel de La Rosa Anaya para continuar en el cargo de Procurador de Justicia y el de la licenciada Rosa Cristina Buend\u00eda Soto como Contralora General, ambos del Gobierno del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia que preside el Diputado Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Avil\u00e9s Castro present\u00f3 los dict\u00e1menes, derivado de las propuestas enviadas por el titular del Poder Ejecutivo, el Gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, en apego al\u00a0 Art\u00edculo 64, fracci\u00f3n XLVI de la Constituci\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En segunda sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria, de La Rosa Anaya y Buend\u00eda Soto comparecieron ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado, en donde contestaron cuestionamientos de diputadas y diputados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De la Rosa Anaya fue cuestionado sobre incidencia delictiva, inseguridad, lesiones, incremento de violencia intrafamiliar derivado de la pandemia, robo a casa habitaci\u00f3n, desaparici\u00f3n, robo a planteles educativos, entre otros, de manera espec\u00edfica le pidieron que env\u00ede la estrategia para abatir estos delitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte Buend\u00eda Soto dijo que hay muchas metas por cumplir y que se van a ejecutar para evitar deshonestidades y malas pr\u00e1cticas en el servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez agotadas ambas comparecencias, el Presidente de la Mesa Directiva del periodo ordinario de sesiones, Diputado Christian Ag\u00fandez G\u00f3mez \u00a0someti\u00f3 a votaci\u00f3n por cedula secreta la ratificaci\u00f3n del Daniel de La Rosa Anaya como procurador de Justicia y posteriormente la de Rosa Cristina Buend\u00eda Soto como Contralora General del Gobierno del Estado de Baja California Sur para el periodo 2021-2027.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El Pleno de la XVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda los nombramientos<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-93879","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
