text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El documento establece una reducci\u00f3n del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) a 8% y del Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR) a 20% en la regi\u00f3n cuyos l\u00edmites territoriales son Baja California y Baja California Sur, as\u00ed como las regiones parciales de Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para ello la iniciativa propone reformar el art\u00edculo 1 fracci\u00f3n I, de la Ley del Impuesto Sobre la Renta y adiciona el art\u00edculo 2 a la Ley del Impuesto al Valor Agregado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
