{"id":95271,"date":"2021-10-14T19:18:46","date_gmt":"2021-10-15T01:18:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=95271"},"modified":"2021-10-14T19:18:46","modified_gmt":"2021-10-15T01:18:46","slug":"eligen-a-abigail-jimenez-como-magistrada-del-tribunal-superior-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=95271","title":{"rendered":"Eligen a Abigail Jim\u00e9nez como Magistrada del Tribunal Superior de Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-95272 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/LIC.-ABIGAIL-JIMENEZ-BELTRAN-2-755x477.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"385\" height=\"243\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Tras comparecer en el Pleno y haber agotado el procedimiento normativo, el Congreso del Estado eligi\u00f3 a Abigail Jim\u00e9nez Montalvo como Magistrada del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, para desempe\u00f1arse en el cargo por un periodo de seis a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del jueves 14 de octubre, las integrantes de la terna enviada por el titular de Poder Ejecutivo, Rebeca Barrera Amador, Patricia Alejandra Hern\u00e1ndez Cos\u00edo y Abigail Jim\u00e9nez Montalvo, comparecieron ante el Pleno del Congreso del Estado; cada una realiz\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n hasta por diez minutos y posteriormente respondieron preguntas de las diputadas y diputados integrantes de la XVI Legislatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agotado el procedimiento, el Presidente de la Mesa Directiva, Diputado Christian Ag\u00fandez G\u00f3mez instruy\u00f3 la votaci\u00f3n por cedula secreta, de la que result\u00f3 electa Jim\u00e9nez Montalvo con dieciocho votos a favor, sobre 3 votos a favor de Rebeca Barrera Amador y cero sobre Patricia Alejandra Hern\u00e1ndez Cos\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previo a las comparecencias, la comisi\u00f3n de asuntos pol\u00edticos que preside la diputada Lorena Marbella Gonz\u00e1lez D\u00edaz present\u00f3 el dictamen, el cual determin\u00f3 que las tres integrantes cumplen con los requisitos de elegibilidad se\u00f1alados el art\u00edculo 95 Constitucional, por lo que son sujetas de ser votadas y electas, en su caso, para ocupar el cargo de Magistrada del Honorable Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado de Baja California Sur, que quedar\u00e1 vacante por la conclusi\u00f3n del periodo del Magistrado, H\u00e9ctor Homero Bautista Osuna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de \u00a0la Mesa Directiva cit\u00f3 a sesi\u00f3n ordinaria el martes 19 de octubre en la que se tomar\u00e1 la protesta de ley a la Magistrada Electa Abigail Jim\u00e9nez Montalvo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Tras comparecer en el Pleno y haber agotado el procedimiento normativo, el Congreso del Estado<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-95271","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
