{"id":96039,"date":"2021-10-27T16:49:25","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T22:49:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=96039"},"modified":"2021-10-27T16:49:25","modified_gmt":"2021-10-27T22:49:25","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-policia-municipal-imputado-por-homicidio-en-ciudad-constitucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=96039","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a polic\u00eda municipal imputado por homicidio en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-96040 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Captura-de-Pantalla-2021-10-27-a-las-4.44.44-p.m.-755x472.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"394\" height=\"246\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) logr\u00f3 que un Juez de Control vinculara a proceso penal, a un individuo acusado del delito de homicidio calificado con ventaja y le impusiera la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n de Homicidio Doloso, present\u00f3 los datos de prueba suficientes para que el Juez de Control mantuviera sujeto a proceso a C\u00e9sar Alfonso \u201cN\u201d de 29 a\u00f1os, por dicho delito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El hecho que se le imputa al originario de Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, sucedi\u00f3 el 19 de octubre del 2017 en el interior de las instalaciones que ocupa el centro de tratamiento \u201cEsperanza vive, Baja California AC\u201d el cual se ubica en la colonia Fovissste Real, en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, C\u00e9sar Alfonso \u201cN\u201d, junto con otras personas, golpearon conjuntamente a la v\u00edctima hasta privarlo de la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derivado de la investigaci\u00f3n se logr\u00f3 determinar la participaci\u00f3n del hoy vinculado a proceso a este hecho delictivo, quien entonces se desempe\u00f1aba como agente de polic\u00eda municipal, del Ayuntamiento de Comond\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez que se cumpliment\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del imputado, por parte de los elementos de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal de la PGJE, fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juez de Control para la realizaci\u00f3n de la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, efectuada este martes 26 del mes en curso dentro de la causa penal J40\/2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EL Juez de Control concedi\u00f3 dos meses para la realizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) logr\u00f3 que un Juez de Control vinculara<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-96039","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
