{"id":97469,"date":"2021-11-23T15:26:29","date_gmt":"2021-11-23T22:26:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=97469"},"modified":"2021-11-23T15:26:29","modified_gmt":"2021-11-23T22:26:29","slug":"un-error-pretender-desaparecer-conapesca-marco-puppo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=97469","title":{"rendered":"Un error pretender desaparecer CONAPESCA: Marco Puppo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-97470 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/MAAP_CONAPESCA-1-715x492.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"385\" height=\"265\" \/>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Una labor por su caracter\u00edstica propia del poder ejecutivo y que otorga certidumbre al ordenamiento pesquero del pa\u00eds, no puede estar en manos de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina, por ello me manifiesto categ\u00f3ricamente en contra de la iniciativa de un diputado del Partido del Trabajo (PT) para la desaparici\u00f3n y desmantelamiento de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Pesca (CONAPESCA), asegur\u00f3 el diputado federal de Baja California Sur, Marco Puppo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El integrante de la Comisi\u00f3n de Pesca y tambi\u00e9n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Marina, expres\u00f3 que un instancia encargada de salvaguardar la vigilancia de los mares, no puede ser tambi\u00e9n un ente que determine el ordenamiento de las pesquer\u00edas del pa\u00eds, ya que se requieren mecanismos cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos para determinar la apertura de ciclos de pesca en los cuerpos de agua del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDebemos reconocer a la Secretaria de Marina todo su esfuerzo en el cuidado de nuestros litorales, pero no es un ente que cuente con la infraestructura necesaria para cargarle el trabajo, como un \u00f3rgano administrativo desconcentrado y que tiene por misi\u00f3n fomentar y desarrollar mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n con diferentes instancias para implementar pol\u00edticas, programas y normatividad que conduzcan y que facilite el desarrollo competitivo y sustentable del sector pesquero y acu\u00edcola del pa\u00eds, como actualmente lo hace la CONAPESCA\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marco Puppo sostuvo que ha dialogado con las diferentes federaciones y cooperativistas pesqueros y acu\u00edcolas de la entidad, quienes les han manifestado su rechazo a esta iniciativa que busca militarizar los tr\u00e1mites administrativos de las pesquer\u00edas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- Una labor por su caracter\u00edstica propia del poder ejecutivo y que otorga certidumbre al ordenamiento<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"Un error pretender desaparecer CONAPESCA: @MarcoPuppoMx","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-97469","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
